YouTube reviews of the late-August patch walk newly listed skills, but the live shop still prices the same S-tier core: Phoenix Strike Art (100k) and One-Strike Heaven Gate (50k). Those two still win sea-boss fights. Anything added in the Goblin window is extra slots, not a replacement for the skills tier list.

13KActives dumps 200 Tickets, 400 Crystals, and 1,000 Trait Rerolls at Level 200. That is the largest Ticket gift of the year. Bank the Tickets for Phoenix Strike Art first, then a reel-stability skill (Unshaken Stance, Reel Sprint, Rolling Chaos). Do not spin the cosmetic banner with a 200-Ticket stack.

- Phoenix Strike Art in slot 1
- One-Strike Heaven Gate in slot 2 (pass or mid-game Ticket sink)
- A reel skill in slot 3 once you own Ocean Master
- Rerolls on the rod, not on Skyfall Stomp
