How to Use Trait Rerolls

How to spend Trait Rerolls in Heavyweight Fishing — 13KActives, 31M–33M visit packs, 46K–49K likes, when to roll, and which traits to keep.

Get Rerolls From Late-August Codes

July’s FreeReroll / FreeReroll2 pair and mid-August UIBUG are expired. Live sources as of 30 August 2026: 13KActives (1,000 rerolls at Level 200), the 31M–33MVisits pack (20 each at Level 50), and 46K–49KLikes (5 each at Level 20). Redeem in the left-side Codes menu, then open the trait NPC / trait panel on the rod or skill you care about and hit Change / Reroll.

Confirm the code on the codes list first. Use the level checker if 13KActives refuses you.

When to Press Reroll

Wait until the rod is a keeper: Emerald, Golden Starwing, Ocean Master, or Leviathan. Rolling the Starter Rod burns the visit pack. Same rule for skills — roll Phoenix Strike Art or your main reel skill, not Skyfall Stomp.

Stop on a usable A-tier. Chasing a perfect S-tier on a mid-game rod is how people waste 100 rerolls and still fish with Iron.

What to Keep

Rods: Boss Hunter, then Deep Sea Pull, then Lucky Strike / Swift Cast.
Skills: Reel Master, then Steady Hands.
Economy traits (Crystal Finder, Ticket Magnet) are fine on a farming alt rod, not on your boss stick.
